Bio

England’s Ellise Scott has established herself as one of the most talented young players on the World Women’s Snooker Tour since her debut in 2022.

Her best performances at a main ranking event to date came at the 2024 British Open and 2025 Belgian Open tournaments, as she reached the last 16 stage of both competitions.

In Belgium, which was her first appearance in a competition outside of the UK, she came within a frame of reaching a quarter-final for the first time as she took world number five Rebecca Kenna to a deciding frame before eventually losing out 3-2.

Scott has also enjoyed success in the Under-21 category with three titles won at the British Open and UK Championship from 2024-2025 enough to see her claim the number one junior ranking position for the first time in March 2025.

English Snooker

At national level, Scott won three matches to reach the final of the English Women’s Snooker Championship for the first time in 2023 at the age of 12. A year later, she reached went one better at the first event of the EPSB English Women’s Tour, reaching the final before losing out to compatriot Rebecca Kenna.

In 2024, Scott also reached the last 16 of the mixed gender English Under-16 Championship in Walsall.
