Parker Supports Cancer Research UK

Emma Parker will take on the ‘Walk All Over Cancer’ challenge next month to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

The challenge will see our current world number seven walk 10,000 steps a day in March to raise money for the charity.

Emma posted on her Facebook page: “This charity is very close to my heart and I’m very thankful for everything they do. I can honestly say watching people you love go through this terrible disease is heartbreaking but I can proudly say that recently my nan and grandad have both fought and beat this.

“Sadly as some of you may know I lost one of my closest friends Billy O’Connor in 2015. Billy was a very talented snooker player and an inspiration to many people. He is missed dearly and I hope to continue making him proud! I would be really grateful if you could share this post and any donations will be greatly appreciated!”
