The Belgian Women’s Open is now open for entry as the world’s top players are set to return to the historic city of Bruges from 7-9 February 2025.
The Trickshot Club in Bruges will host the event for the fifth time. In January, Mink Nutcharut defeated Ng On Yee 4-2 in the final to win the Belgian Women’s Open title for a second consecutive year.
The three-day event will once again include a main competition, alongside side-tournaments for Under-21 and Seniors players (subject to entries). There will also be a Challenge Cup tournament held for players who do not qualify for the knockout stages of the main event, ensuring competition for all players throughout the weekend.
World Women’s Snooker would like to thank club owner Olivier Vandenbohede for hosting the event and his continued support of women’s snooker.
The closing date for entries and payment of entry fees is 12:00pm GMT on Friday 31 January 2025.
We are pleased to be able to offer a discounted rate of €90 per night on hotel rooms at the Hotel Velotel during the tournament and would like to thank Caroline and his team at the Velotel for their continued support.
The discount is only available on bookings made directly through their website using the block code WOMENSSNOOKER2025 and full details can be found within the event entry pack.
Once again, a shuttle service will also be provided between the Velotel and the venue during the event by club owner Olivier Vandenbohede and his team.
Airport shuttles will NOT be available for this tournament.
As in previous year, there are now also four guest rooms available at the club itself for players who wish to stay as close to the venue as possible!
For more information and to express interest, please contact club owner Olivier Vandenbohede directly by email.
Players will be expected to play on Friday unless they can demonstrate exceptional circumstances before entering the event. Due to the likely volume of players, it may not be possible to accommodate requests to begin Saturday and we will not be able to confirm the final format until final entries are known.
Players entering the Seniors side-tournament must be available to play Friday.
