Entry is now open for the 2024 Australian Women’s Snooker Open as the World Women’s Snooker (WWS) Tour returns to Sydney for the fifth time.
First held in 2018 at the renowned Mounties venue, the world ranking tournament was previously won by Mink Nutcharut (2019), Jamie Hunter (2022) and twice by three-time world champion Ng On Yee (2018, 2023), after the Hong Kong ace saw off Amee Kamani in last year’s final.
The four-day event is once again set to see the best female players from the Asia-Pacific region and beyond contest the main tournament title, as well as a Challenge Cup side-tournament for players who do not qualify from the round-robin group stages.
The event is organised by the Australian Billiards and Snooker Council with the support of World Women’s Snooker.
