Entry is now open for the inaugural staging of the Asia-Pacific Women’s Snooker Championship, which is set to run from 31 January – 3 February 2023 in Sydney, Australia.
The world ranking event will be the second of the season to be held at the Mounties venue and for the first time in Australia will also include an Under-21 competition to be held alongside the main tournament.
The Mounties has previously hosted the Australian Women’s Open in 2018-2019 and most recently earlier this month as England’s Jamie Hunter defeated Australia’s Jessica Woods 4-3 to lift her second ranking title.
The Asia-Pacific Women’s Snooker Open is set to be the seventh ranking event of the 2022/23 season and the second of the 2023 calendar year following the Belgian Women’s Open.
