The 2022 World Women’s Snooker Championship is down to the knockout stages with two days remaining before the the champion is crowned.
Following the completion of the group phase which saw 50 players compete over two days at the Ding Junhui Academy in Sheffield, 24 remain with each player positioned in the draw based upon group performance.
In all, 17 of the top 24 seeds that began the tournament have progressed to the knockout rounds, with the top eight performers seeded through to the last 16 and the remaining players set to contest a preliminary round match from 10:00am.
The draw has also been made for the Challenge Cup competition, for players who have not qualified for the knockout stages of the main tournament, which matches to be played over the next two days.
